Complete refurbishment in Wimbledon Village, London SW19 creating a modern kitchen and elevated terrace
A complete refurbishment including a rear and side extension creating a modern kitchen and dining room, with floor to ceiling glazing wrapping around the rear façade. A rear terrace at internal floor level leads to generous steps flowing down to the garden below. A multi-functional room has been created at lower ground floor level adjacent to the garden.
A strong visual connection between the inside and outside are maintained with a frameless glass balustrade.
At first floor we designed a new master bedroom with a Juliet balcony facing the garden which also benefits from a large walk-in wardrobe . The en-suite shower room has been enlarged and fully refurbished. In addition the family bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms have been updated.
Also, all Windows were upgraded throughout, we remodelled the garage and utility room, and replaced the roof.
