Rear extension and re-modelling of the ground floor and loft area in Southfields, London SW18
We demolished the existing extension and created a new rear and side extension as a family hub. The rear living room was redesigned to be a snug area with plenty of storage and a TV. This allowed the front living room to be used as a home office and also function as a guest room when required.
In addition we remodelled the existing loft space and combined the two bedrooms into one large master bedroom along with a refurbished en-suite shower room. We also provided a one-stop service acting as the party wall surveyor.
