Ground floor extension with internal garden, Southfields, London SW18
This large extension was created to provide a self-contained granny flat to the front of the terraced home with a kitchen living and dining space for the family to the rear facing out into the garden.
The design concept focused on the kitchen units, storage and utility functions organised along the party wall with linear circulation with a central courtyard garden providing natural light to the bathroom and bedroom of the granny flat and the rear family room.
We also acted as the party wall surveyor .
