Large loft extension to Victorian property in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT2
Located in Kingston, within an “Area of Special Interest”, this project involved the re-modelling of an existing large loft space within a substantial Victorian semi-detached property.
The design comprises two large bedrooms, a bathroom and linen/ storage room through the addition of carefully detailed side and rear dormers creating a series of useful exciting spaces within the structure of the roof. We also acted as the party wall surveyor.
